Yet another bullshit stand your ground claim but this time it's been caught on video. So this guy has no way of getting out of this, not that he ever did, he was scared of some popcorn being thrown at him? Seriously dude and you're an retired cop at that. So you know better to do what you did. But like my dad keeps saying if you're riding around with a gun you have it to use it. So unless we make it a law that if you aren't a cop and you're not somewhere hunting you can't be having a gun on your person for any reason. And we here in Florida fight to make this stupid stand your ground law go away innocent people will continue to die. It's ridiculous that a law like stand your ground was ever passed. I don't know what made whoever passed this law think that there wouldn't be people like George Zimmerman or the guy in this case to take full advantage of a law being passed.
So it's up to us here in Florida to stop sitting around whining about all the bullshit going on because of this beyond stupid as hell law and fight to have it taken away!
